Veyar Developments ("Veyar," "we," "us") markets homes in Palmeira Residence, New Alamein, Egypt, to people living in the United States. This policy explains what we collect when you visit veyardevelopments.com, message us, or book a call, and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, mobile number, email address if you add one, and the time you book for a call.
• How you found us: the page you visited, the language you chose, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), an ad click ID if you came from an ad, and, if you came from one of our Instagram or Facebook conversations, the ID of that conversation.
• How you used the page: how far you watched the video, which buttons you tapped, your device's time zone so we call you at a reasonable hour, and standard technical data such as browser type.

How we use it

• To call, text, WhatsApp or email you about Palmeira, as you asked when you submitted your details.
• To confirm and remind you about calls you book.
• To understand which videos and ads bring people to us, and to improve them.

If you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Veyar Developments about Palmeira, including call confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems for us, under their own privacy terms: our CRM and calendar (HighLevel), our phone and text provider (Quo), our Instagram and Facebook messaging tool (Manychat), and Meta and Google for measuring ads. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in touch with you about Palmeira, and delete them when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them.
